With the KN·APP, the chance of your KNAAP being stolen is reduced and the chance of bike recovery increased.

Why the KN·APP?

Possibility to insure your KNAAP against theft.
In the event of a theft report, the electric support of your electric motor is switched off remotely (even when our tracker is removed). This system ensures that there is always insight into where your KNAAP is.

With our track and trace system users will always have a live location of their bike.
You can lock the bike with the lock button, meaning turn off the software of the bike. The motor will not work untill you turn it on by app.
The app has a stolen button, which mainly does the same as the lock button. As an extra the app will immediately send information to Fris Opsporing. Which is a search team returning over 80% of stolen bikes. The bike software will turn off. The bike will not work untill the users or KNAAP has told the software that the bike has been returned to the owner. Thieves will not be able to use the bike.
Also this button will immediately send information to the insurance company if you have an insurance.
