How does it work?

1. Request a quote: provide details of your old e-bike and receive a quote via email, along with a unique trade-in code.
2. ⁠Get your bike inspected: an expert will inspect your e-bike at our shop to confirm its value or send us an e-mail with some pictures of your bike and your trade-in code to info@knaapbikes.com.
3. Order your new KNAAP: after the inspection, your old bike will be taken in, and you'll receive a voucher for its value to apply to your new purchase.

How does the trade-in process work?

Fill in the trade-in form to receive an offer of the value of your old e-bike. Schedule an inspection by an expert, after which you will receive a voucher for the trade-in value plus additional discount.

Which brands do you accept?

We accept a wide range of e-bike brands. Consult the trade-in form to see if your bike is eligible.

Where can I get my e-bike inspected?

You can choose an inspection at your home by a mobile expert or at one of our shops.

How soon will I receive my discount voucher?

You will receive the discount voucher immediately after confirming the trade-in value and handing in your old e-bike. It is valid for one year.

What happens to my old e-bike?

Your old e-bike will be refurbished and resold, contributing to sustainability and a longer life cycle for the bike.

Can I also trade in my KNAAP bike?

Yes, you can also trade in your old KNAAP bike for a new one. This is currently only available in the Netherlands and Belgium.

How much discount can I get?

The discount consists of the value of your old e-bike plus an additional bonus of €150.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE ESTIMATE?

Want to trade in your old e-bike and score a great discount on a new one? Call KNAAP. The calculation tool provides an initial estimate, but our experts will determine the final trade-in price. For your bike to qualify, it must meet the following conditions: functioning electronics, good overall condition (signs of use are acceptable), no frame damage, and it must come with a charger, battery and at least one key.
